Cancellation policies and other information about specific room reservations may vary upon type of reservation. Individual rate rules, tax information, applicable charges and cancellation policies are displayed in the "Terms & Addt’l Charges" section on the room reservation section of the Site.
Reservations made by one or more individuals or by an agency on the Site, on behalf of one or more proposed guests, and involving any No. of Rooms at the Property for the any period of stay, Hotel Roopa reserves the right to cancel or impose additional requirements on such reservations depending on circumstances
Our Site accepts Visa and Master credit cards for all purchases. Current billing address and phone information must be included with every order. Sales or appropriate Taxes will be charged, however the total amount quoted online when You agree to Your purchase will be the total amount charged to the credit card. Cancellation, change fees, will be additional.
These fees cover the costs incurred by Hotel Roopa and any third party providers in servicing Your reservation.
Miscellaneous Terms.
In its sole discretion, in addition to any other rights or remedies available to Hotel Roopa, and without any liability whatsoever to User, Hotel Roopa, at any time and without notice, may terminate or restrict User's access to this Site and any related services.

A reservation and full payment of hotel accommodation should be completed no less than 7 work-days before arrival date. To make a reservation less than 7 days before arrival date, contact us.

If payment is made by Cheque, a bank service fee will be charged as applies. Note that all bank charges on money transfers are to be paid by the sender & Cheque has to be realized before check in of the guest.
